Treat Williams (born December 1, 1951) is a Golden Globe and Emmy award-nominated American actor and children's book author who has appeared on film, stage and television. He has gone on to appear in over 75 films and several television series, including, most notably, Hair (1979), Steven Spielberg's 1941 (1979, with Christopher Lee), Prince of the City (1981), Once Upon A Time In America (1984), Dead Heat (1988), Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead (1995), Mulholland Falls (1996, with Nick Nolte), The Phantom (1996), The Devil's Own (1997, with Brad Pitt and Harrison Ford), Deep Rising (1998, with Famke Janssen), The Deep End of the Ocean (1999), Hollywood Ending (2002), Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous (2005), 127 Hours (2010, with James Franco) and A Little Bit of Heaven (2011). He is also known for his recurring roles on shows such as "Everwood", "White Collar" and "Chicago Fire".
