Synopsis

Track of the Moon Beast revolves around Paul Carlson (Cordell), a mineralogist who gets a small fragment of moon rock imbedded in his brain during a meteor shower. Everything seems okay until he transforms into a man-sized monitor lizard and starts eating people and making a general nuisance of himself whenever the moon is full. The authorities call in renowned professor Johnny Longbow (Sala), expert in Navajo legends, archery, and stew. Longbow, who coincidentally is best friends with Paul the were-lizard, solves the case and kills Paul with moon-rock arrows. [1]
