Timothy Omundson (born July 29, 1969 in St. Joseph, Missouri, USA) is an American actor who's instantly recognized for his comedic role as Det. Carlton Lassiter on the long-running cable comedy series "Psych". Prior to and after that, he had recurring roles on "SeaQuest 2032", "Xena: Warrior Princess", "Deadwood", "Judging Amy", "Jericho", "The Booth at the End", "Human Target" and "Galavant" (with Luke Youngblood and Vinnie Jones). He had film roles in Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye, The Luck of the Irish, Swordfish (with Halle Berry, Hugh Jackman and John Travolta) and J.J. Abrams' Mission: Impossible III (with Tom Cruise, Laurence Fishburne, Simon Pegg and José Zúñiga) as well as guest-starring roles on "Frasier" (with Kelsey Grammer), "NYPD Blue", "John Doe", "Criminal Minds", "24" (with Kiefer Sutherland), "Boston Legal" (with William Shatner), "The Deep End" and "Supernatural". He has also done voice-overs for various Star Wars video game spin-offs. One of his first film roles was the 1997 satire (or is it really?) Starship Troopers, which was taken on by RiffTrax Live! in the summer of 2013.
