The following is a series of lists detailing all commercial VHS releases of Mystery Science Theater 3000 and related spin-off productions.

Home video rights for MST3K originally were held by Rhino Entertainment and they began releasing episode on VHS in 1996. In 2000, they began releasing DVDs of individual episodes. That same year, they released the final MST3K VHS tapes.

Rhino also released several compilation tapes, particular the Poopie! and Shorts collections. Selections of episode and compilation tapes were also assembled into several box sets.

In addition to the TV episodes released by Rhino, Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie was released on VHS by Universal.

Finally, Best Brains, Inc. released several in-house video compilations on VHS, as well as several Sci-Fi Channel-era episodes.

The TV Wheel

After leaving MST3K, Joel Hodgson created a pilot for HBO, The TV Wheel, whcih ultimately aired in 1995 on Comedy Central. At that time, Joel made VHS tapes of the special, along with a tape featuring the in-development version of the program, "The X-Box". The special can be watched in it's entirety on YouTube here [1].
