Joseph Turkel (1927-2022) was an American character actor known for his appearances in some of Stanley Kubrick's films (Paths of Glory and The Shining, plus a small appearance in The Killing), the war picture The Sand Pebbles, Roger Corman's The St. Valentine's Day Massacre (with Jack Nicholson) and Ridley Scott's Blade Runner (with Harrison Ford).
