Janet Munro (1934-1972) was a British actress who started out in repertory theater and television. She caught the eye of Walt Disney, who signed her up for a five picture deal, which would include Third Man on the Mountain and Swiss Family Robinson. An attempt to switch from being an ingénue to more mature roles proved unsuccessful and her career took a downturn as a result.
