Henry Kissinger was the chimpanzee ordered by Crow and Tom from Instant Monkeys Online during Overdrawn at the Memory Bank. Named after the enigmatic statesman of the same name, he gets along amicably with Crow and Tom, but is threated by Mike's "agressive posture". To appease Henry, Mike rubs his chest (with the back of his hand as the front made Henry angry), lolls his head back and forth, drools slightly, and "ooks" softly.

Later, Bobo visits the The Satellite of Love to talk Henry down from the rafters, but the chimp gets the better side of Bobo, and the two begin tossing various objects from the rafters toward Mike and the Bots. Forced to take action, Mike tries to carefully bring both of them down with a blowgun. The two fall on the edge of the bridge table, much to Crow and Servo's severe displeasure.
