Frederic Willard (born September 18, 1939 in Shaker Heights, OH) is an American actor, comedian, voice actor, and writer, best known for his improvisational comedy skills which he honed during his time as a member of the Second City improv group.

Fred Willard has had a long a varied career in films, television and theatre. He is well-known for his role on the TV series "Fernwood Tonight" (and its spin-off "America Tonight") and his work in the films of director Christopher Guest.

Mr. Willard has been nominated for several Emmy Awards. In 2015, he received the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Special Guest Actor in a Drama Series for his role as John Forrester on the series The Bold and the Beautiful.

He helped riff RiffTrax's Missile to the Moon with Michael J. Nelson on the second go-around.
