Cinematic Titanic is a series of DVDs featuring MST3K-style riffed movies, spearheaded by MST creator Joel Hodgson with the help of former Best Brains members Trace Beaulieu, J. Elvis Weinstein, Frank Conniff, and Mary Jo Pehl.

The first Cinematic Titanic DVD, featuring the 1972 movie The Oozing Skull (originally titled Brain of Blood), was released on December 22, 2007. The official premiere of Cinematic Titanic took the form of a live riffing at Lucasfilm headquarters on December 7. Many of their titles were made available to stream on for a limited time.

The first 7 Cinematic Titanic features were recorded in a studio. The last 5 releases were live performances recorded in front of an audience, without the "underground lair" framing device.

For some time, Cinematic Titanic features were available to subscribers of the streaming service, but the catalog has since been removed. It is unknown if the features will become available to stream again in the future.

Shout! Factory re-released all 12 recorded Cinematic Titanic episode in a single DVD boxed set on August 8th, 2017. It includes a new interview with J. Elvis Weinstein.
