Cheryl Lynn "Rainbeaux" Smith (June 6, 1955 – October 25, 2002) was an American actress who was active in the 1970s and the early 1980s.
Smith appeared in the 1978 movie Laserblast, playing the role of Kathy Farley. During her relatively short career she played roles in a number of B movies, including Caged Heat, Phantom of the Paradise, The Swinging Cheerleaders, Revenge of the Cheerleaders, and The Pom Pom Girls.She also appeared in the Cheech & Chong films Up In Smoke and Nice Dreams.
Smith also appeared in The Incredible Melting Man, but her scene was cut from the MST3K version due to sexual content. She can be seen briefly when Ted and Michael arrive, though she's covered by a blanket in the back of a police car.
In the 1980s, Smith became addicted to heroin, which would ultimately end her career. She was arrested several times for drug-related offenses and served time in prison. In 2002, Smith died due to complications from liver disease and hepatitis which had resulted from her heroin addiction.
