Chôtarô Tôgin (born November 28, 1941 in Ichiarakawa District, Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese actor who was a regular of the Godzilla movie franchise, always portraying a different character in each installment. He was a graduate of Shibaura Industrial University Senior High School where one of his classmates was future actor Tôru Ibuki. His hobbies included horse riding, sword fighting, golf and skiing.
His film credits include: Uchû daikaijû Dogora, Samurai Assassin, Ironfinger, The Boss of Pick-pocket Bay, Experiment 213 Godzilla vs. the Sea Monster (where he portrayed Ichino), Son of Godzilla, Two Hearts in the Rain, Kill!, Destroy All Monsters, Godzilla's Revenge and Yog: Monster from Space. His final film credit to date was 1971's Gekido no showashi: Okinawa lessen, a WWII historical drama.
